Research Interest
Microarray identification of differentially regulated genes (or any gene that
looks cool and is not known to be expressed in colon) in an experimental rat
model of colon cancer. The most interesting candidates at present are a gene
normally thought of as only occurring in peripheral nerve and implicated in growth
arrest, and a gene involved in dampening the inflammatory response.
